CAMPING PERMITS & FISHING LICENSES
Camping Permits
We are a purveyor of the camping permits required for the waterway parks. Unlike other park systems, specific campsite reservations are not needed. Camping permits on Crown Land are not required when using the services of Temagami Outfitting Company.
Waterway Park Permits: Overnight camping fees: Adults $10.00, children (ages 6–17) $4.75, Ontario seniors, $8.00.
Fishing License
Canadian Citizens
An Outdoors Card is a plastic, wallet–sized, identification card to which your Ontario fishing license tag is affixed. It acts as a durable carrier for your license tag for three calendar years. A complete and valid license to fish consists of an Outdoors Card plus a fishing license tag. If you do not have a current Outdoors Card, a temporary paper license enables you to fish until you receive your Outdoors Card in the mail.
Non–residents
Individuals 18 years of age and over must purchase a fishing license. Non–residents under 18 years of age may fish without a license if accompanied by an adult who has a recreational fishing license. Any fish caught is part of the 'catch and possession' limit of the adult who holds the license. As another option, non–residents under 18, may purchase a license and any fish caught will apply to the 'catch and possession' limits of that license.
